A unique curriculum has been designed for students, blending both creative as well as technical aspects of use of sound in film and television.

The students will be taught the basics on all aspects of film making .After completion of the foundation course they will be trained in outdoor and indoor recording setups. Hands on training will be given on well equipped digital audio studios, music recording, dubbing, track laying and mixing will be taught at various stages of the course.

Co-coordinated exercises with the students of other streams of the film school, synch sound recording for films & television are also an integral part of the curriculum. During practical exercises, projects and workshops, experienced and renowned professionals will guide the students.

Audio track analysis of different movies and designing of the sound tracks for mono, stereo, and surround environments will be given emphasis

After completion of the course a student can get employment in following areas as a freelancer or take up a job in the following industries
